How it works: Primordial Sound Meditation uses individually selected sounds of nature called mantras. These primordial sounds are based on the vibration the universe was creating at the moment of your birth. In our sessions together, you will learn how to meditate, receive your unique, customized Primordial Sound Mantra, be guided through your meditation, and learn how to make empowered choices so that you can live a life of peace, empowerment, love, prosperity, and meaning.
