Labyrinths help us follow our inner North Star.
They also help with:
- quieting the mind
- stress relief
- finding answers
- connecting with Higher Self/Divine
- processing feelings
- establishing team rapport in a non-profit, corporation, class, or other group
- enhancing creativity
