Labyrinths are an ancient meditation path; a path of walking meditation formed an ancient symbol mirroring the spiral cycle of life.

Labyrinths help us follow our inner North Star.

They also help with:

  • quieting the mind
  • stress relief
  • introspection
  • finding answers
  • connecting with Higher Self/Divine
  • processing feelings
  • establishing team rapport in a non-profit, corporation, class, or other group
  • brainstorming
  • enhancing creativity
  • prayer
